Rug by the Bar Counter “Exclusive”
The Rug by the bar counter Exclusive was created by our Carpet Studio entirely remotely – we never met the customer in person or visited the property. The first contact happened thanks to our website. The client called, asking us to produce one of the rugs from our gallery, but in a personalized color scheme.
We shipped yarn samples, finalized proportions and dimensions, and started production. The process took just over a month. Once the rug was delivered, the client sent us photos of it installed in the interior (see here) and called us to say:
“I will throw away all my old rugs and order new ones only from you!”
This phrase is the highest compliment to our work and customer approach.
